   How to request a return: Log in to your account, go to the “Order History” page, select the item you wish to return, and complete the return request form.
2. Item Condition
   Return Requirements: Returned items must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and accessories. We do not accept returns for used, washed, or damaged items.
   Screening: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Only eligible items will be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Processing
   Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Processing time typically takes two business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
   Shipping Policy: We will cover all shipping costs for returns due to product quality issues (e.g., defects or incorrect shipment). For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
